A)1 point for any contact with Russian SD member,
B)1 point for any Russian SD Region
Total score: multiplied numbers worked members and regions (A * B)
Award:
Diplome for first 3 stations from outside Russia who have better score results,
diplome for all Russian participants.

Double qsl will be printed with all regions list.
